I'm interested (and local), but I thought the sedan versions had the additional pipes to delete the resonator?

Nope - just the two mufflers and the clips, etc...

Just verified with Bavarian Auto and Princeton BMW. ECS Tuning has the mid pipes in the picture, but that is not an oem mid section!

I thought so too...

my ETK shows that the performance exhaust has a different part no. for midpipes (18307565541) but they're not included in the P.E. part (18102213344).

Anyone have an answer?

There is a mid pipe with the E92 resonator (smaller) that can be used in conjunction with the perf mufflers. That would be additional, but worth it.

If these were bolt on for E92, I would take it.

They are bolt on, with the exception of a two simple sawzall cuts
