fair price on 335i with 7k miles?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if a 335i is in my price range...whats a fair price to pay on an e90 335i with prem. sport. and step? the car has 7k miles and looks clean. pre-march production. Any ideas? I was hoping it may be somewhere around 38k??? too optimistic?

335i Sedan with those options, MSRP would be about $45,775. I don't think you will be too far off $38k. Probably closer to $40-41k. Is it private party or dealer?

Dealer... I found another car with all of the above options with Nav as well with 12k miles listed at 42k...what would you figure as good price for that would be...about the same?
Thanks for the reply!!!

The NAV+ Idrive won't make much difference on price. Just make sure you budget the full tax that you will have to pay on top of the agreed selling price. If they are asking 42k you could bring them down another 1-2k.

Should the extra thousand miles make much of a hit in the price though?

Always ask, why is the car for sale? Could be 7K miles from hell.

Maybe you should talk to this guy: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70382

EDIT - nevermind, that's an E92, and I see you're thinking E90.

Actually, sounds like a fuel pump buy back. Be careful.

They would never do a buy back on a fuel pump, they would just replace it.Have them show you the vehicle history and ask a service advisor to read the codes to you or look them up yourself. If you're getting 3-5 K off of MSRP,it should be a fair deal.I just delivered an '07 M5 w/2K on the odo, customer had it for 3 months and didn't like it.We have 3 '07 Prosche Turbo's with less than 1 K that people traded.
