They probably won't fit. The offsets are too high so they will hit your shocks. Also, they aren't as wide... seems like a downgrade to me.

No it fits. It will look sunken as hell and needs about +50 spacers lol. I use em when I get a blow out. Go ahead OP use it. It won't rub anything and my car is slammed lol. It will just look funny cuz you'll be able to put your head into your fenders hahahahaha!
