Speaker sounds blown, under warranty?

Hi,
I bought my 335i using ED for pickup in January (redlivery in March). I have the Logic 7 system with I Drive. For the past couple of weeks, I hear what sounds like a blown speaker at my passenger side door. Either way, the audio is not right and I don't even listen to it that loud. I've never had a factory speaker blow while the car was under warranty, is this item covered and if so, are their problems proving I didn't abuse it?

The speakers are covered under the warranty. Just take the car to your dealership and explain that you got the car with a blown speaker. They will just replace it with another Logic 7 speaker. This happened to my other bmw I got and the dealership was great with replacing it. No questions asked.

Okay, thanks guys. But I don't think I need to tell them it has been that way from the beginning. That shouldn't matter.
