Voice Command Button Missing?

Is the voice command button missing near the jog shuttle control on newer (post march production) E92s? In pictures and even in the manual it shows both a Menu and Voice command button but in the car itself it only has the MENU button?

Mines on the steering wheel.

As of March production the button is ONLY on the steering wheel.
