Hvae been reading all the great info on this forum and have a few questions before ordering new 330i with following options:

Black sapphire, sport, premium, fold down seats, comfort access, sat radio prep. MSRP: $42,620 Invoice: $39,020

TX Sales tax of 6.25%
Dallas/Fort Worth Dealers offering 3 yr 15/k miles yr lease for around $650/mo, first payment due at signing. Their taking $1500 off MSRP but not disclosing money factor.
Calcuated deal on leaseguide.com and came up w/ payment around $550/mo with base mf of .00195 and 62% residual.

Questions:
1) How accurate is leaseguide.com estimates compared to real world?
2) Can I assume higher payment is from dealer really marking up mf?
3) Is the deal you work up at the time you spec the car the same deal you get when the car gets here?
4) What is usually required when you build the car at the dealership?

I would trust the leaseguide.com numbers, use them as your guide. Make sure you google leases and understand them fully before signing on the dotted line.

Look at the ask-a-dealer section at bimmerfest.com too.
