hey, i dont have the idrive system just the normal radio
just wondering if anyone has herd anything about these? and does it afect your use of the steering wheel functions ?and i know you can check all your fuel range and service info by the steering wheel but do you loose any info from replacing your radio with a after market one? thanks heres a pic and link http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/140764813...84.m1436.l2649 |

for that price, i'd be getting the Dynavin version.
Im actually planning on getting one in the near future. From what i read, the steering wheel controls will still function as normal but im not sure about the rest? you wouldnt need it on the radio anyways.. |

this looks very much like a dynavin system...probably has come from the same factory in China
there are a few reviews of symilar systems online now - most quite negative, the main issue being integration and quality you also lose your factory bluetooth so if you want to make a phone call you have to do it through the new touch screen interface instead of just pressing a button on a steering wheel (like you can do now if your car has bluetooth) |
