Edit: Member issued a full refund (pending funds clearing). I will update and if I receive the item will send you back the funds plus 5.00 for Paypal fee. In addition Member posted copy below of PO receipt. All evidnce is he is an honest trader. It just shows how the PO still screws up and when there is no way to track buyer and seller are not protected.

Wouldn't you know it, after all this crap the thing shows up this afternoon. cookiemonster check your PM and sorry for the hassel. I don't know where the damn package was held up but at least it worked out. Like I said if you would have replied to my message I would have been more patient but when I hadn't heard from you since August 1st and it had been 2 weeks from when you said you sent it I could only assume the worst.

On 8-3 I wrote him again and asked if he at least got delivery confirmation (which costs what, about a buck?) or at least paid with a credit card and had a receipt but I haven't heard back from him since 8-1-07 even though he was here posting to the forums on 8-2 and 8-3.

I say don't trust a member with less than 500 or so posts, unless you really know them or anyone can vouch for them.

Try calling PayPal. They might be of some assistance. Threaten him with fraud & Chargeback saying you can get his information. I.E. Phone Number, where he lives, etc. YOU CAN get this information somehow.

Just gotta know where to look. Take this foo to his grave.

I have the reciept from the post office to your zip code. Its a credit card reciept. I was away this past weekend. I have 100% postive feedback on ebay with over 100 sales and over 60 paypal transactions with out a hitch.

You have to mellow out and take all avenues before you start to bad mouth people in the forums.

Whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i sent it priority it also would not have a tracking number. I've also had an ebay business at one time and sold well over 300 items never one lost. I use usps from work and over ten years nothing lost with 10 to 15 items going out each day.

You should always make sure that the person you purchase the item for will ship it via FedEX, UPS, DHL or USPS with tracking info.

I also bought my splitters from a member on this forum (Magna3), but I paid for the shipping. It was expensive, but the splitters were really cheap. I paid $46 for 3 day delivery and it got here in 2 days from Cali. I'll post pics when I get my car back from the bodyshop.

GL, I hope you'll receive your splitters soon.

Arithmetic was never really your strong suit, huh? He paid 7-19, Seller confirmed shipment on 7/23... today is August 6th. Last I remember, a month has an average of 4 weeks.

Two weeks is still a bit long from Fl to Socal, but it's def. not 1 month... yet - lol.

"Splitters

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi, I can Paypal you $180.00 shipped. Sorry to kind of lowball you but I am strapped since I just bought a set of wheels and tires. I really wanted these though. I actually bought some in the Trendix (Trendicks) group buy but got ripped off for the 200.00 and they never delivered the product.

Thanks, kevin"

Wonder if this is a trend with radgator. Above was a P.M. i recieved from him. I expect an apology when the splitters arrive at his door step. I have the receipt.

regarding usps: i still don't get why some people are so stingy and don't spend the extra buck for delivery confirmation.

Dude, WTF are you talking about? What trend, that I paypal the cash instantly when I buy something? Did I force you to take my offer? I sent you one PM (not multiple) with an offer and you said fine. If you would have told me you were going to send first class mail no insurance, no certified, not even delivery confirmation I wouldn't have bought the shit.

I have a perfect reputation buying and selling stuff on this forum with more members than you can count, including buying from Longtran and hiring Matt for labor on more than one occasion, both of which will be glad to tell you about my integrity as a member and trader I am sure.

You sound sincere that you actully sent the item so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt but what is your plan to resolve this? How long am I suppose to wait? If you shipped on the July 23rd it has been 15 days today. Plus if you would have replied when you said you would have I wouldn't have to post this thread but since I am sitting there with my money gone, no item and no reply from the seller WTF am I suppose to do? What would you do if you were the buyer?

I'm sending my wife to the Post Office in person to check again if they are holding a package and maybe somehow lost the delivery notice. I'll let you know what she says later today.

I don't want anything for free. Thank you for the refund. If I receive the item I will paypal you back the funds plus 5.00 paypal fee. A little more communication and a fifty cent delivery confirmation could have avoided this.

Can you please add in giant red type that I also posted proof that the splitters where shipped to your zip code. So I don't look like a creep!

THANK YOU!

Thanks longtran. Like you said, I have no reason to stiff the seller. As the OP said, it's all about trust and rep here. If I receive the item I will post immediately and send him back the cash.

I'm having some bad luck on these splitters. I've been trying to get a set since last November when i got jacked by Trendicks.
