static and feedback

after i pulled my car out for from its winter nap ive been having problems with my aux cord and static/feedback with my iphone 4s last year i didnt have as much problem with it just the odd time and now its every time i use aux i have replaced the cord but still has the same sound its very annoying anyone have any tips or suggestions?

I have the same problem with my GS4...

After doing tons of research, I found out that it's the alternator whine and/or ground loop.

People have tried this and it seemed to work.

I'll this solution in a few weeks if I cant figure out the cause of this problem.
