Some wheel help from the gurus

I have the specs below and since im switching out the fronts (due to a bubble in one of the tires), i was wondering whats a good size to put on the tires with out rubbing? The fronts seems a little to stretched and low and feeling alot of bumps. Let me know again thanks for all the inputs ahead of time .

Front: 19x9 et 25 --- 215/35/19
Rear: 19x10 et 25 --- 245/35/19
