We had two delivered a couple of weeks ago I had a look around but in my my opinion it looks even worse then on the pictures. If you need a bigger car then the 3 series just get the 5.

I went to the launch on Thursday and was really impressed with the space. Its the ideal car for me, but I've not seen any news regarding the launch of the 330xd and 335xd. Even the f32 announced yesterday has November dates for 430xd & 435xd.

Has anyone heard anything? My local dealer wasn't even aware that the F30 335xd had been announced (!), but as yet no news of the F31 version either.

Trunk looks great! Does it open 2 ways or just one way?

Thanks for sharing.

got my GT

Well, no, a 5 is at least here - considerably more expensive than the GT, and unless it is an estate (Wagon.. ), the GT is way more practical.
And the rear seat leg room is MORE than in the 5.

I picked up MINE on Friday last week, the first one delivered from the main dealer here in Oslo.

The first and only one I looked at Live was Alpine white, and BELIEVE me, this car is very very colour sensitive. The white one looked like Moby Dick, and I mean, how much longer are white cars cool anyway?

Here is a photo of mine, Midnight Blue With the light par leather Modern Line interior. Looks way sleeker in a dark colour IMO, and the heads keep turning here.
Will do a proper post With some good pics, as the Midnight Blue is an awesome colour, that I got good help to pick here from Pictures on the X6.

For Reference, I've just gone from a late E46 lowered With harder than Msport springs, and find this to ride like a 5, not a 3, and that's a GOOD thing. Tried F10 5series and an F30 3series, but this covered all Our needs. And yes, it DOES handle. the 8speed auto

Sort about the plethora of typos here btw... To excited.
Will take some proper pictures, the Midnight Blue is a magical colour that turns from blue to sea green to black, perfect with a light interior.
Also VERY annoying that every single picture of the F30 and F34 is with full leather..the part leather interior looks fantastic, does not get excruciatingly hot, and keeps the shape better over the years (just sold a 9 year old E46 with. Perfect part leather sports seats).

Could you show interior pics?

Enjoy!

Here are some more photos of mine in Midnight Blue with the optional Modern Line package.
GREAT value as the the part leather interior included in the package cost.
Otherwise just tinted Windows in the back and the 18" Wheels + various Tech updates..

Very very happy , this is after a full Race Glaze 55 wax treatment yesterday.

I have ordered the GT badge for the rear, and black velour mats.
The rubber ones are temporary as it was only possible to order the car with the very very light velour mats same as the interior.. Not a wise Choice for shoes:-).
I didn't want to order the interior in the full bi-colour set up, as I love it but have a sneaking suspicion this will go out of fashion soon, everyone's doing it. This car's a keeper.

Nice color. Thanks for sharing. I also prefer the darker colors for the GT. I ordered mine in imperial blue. Midnight blue is not offered in all markets, but they look quite similar to me, at least on pictures.

I personally like the look of large wheels on the 3GT (and I'm not necessarily a follower of the large diameter wheels trend in general).

weeellll...... I might keep these for Winter tires and go for 19's for summer use, though the ride comfort With these 18's is unsurpassed. .
It's always a difficult Balance, as I drive a lot for work..

Makes sense. I'm still wondering if 19 inch wheels with run flats are a wise choice for New England roads. Probably not, but will see.

Again, great looking car. I'm excited to get mine. Your's must be one of the first F34s on the road.

well..:-) apart from the handful of proper motorways here in Norway With a 70mph max limit (NOT many), the roads are pretty bad..
This coupled With the fact that I've driven 7000 miles already this year only on business, the odds against 19inch Wheels are pretty slim :-)

One of the same reasons I chose a 318d, as I get a good mileage allowance, but still obviously make more $ the more economy miles I get out of the engine.

800 miles now in the first 2 weeks of ownership has just proven a confirmation of the Gran Turismo being an excellent choice, and I'm keeping this for many years.

No doubt you'll have ordered Yours with a much sweeter engine size with Your gas prices and car tax...:-) :-)

I've ordered a 320d Sport in Imperial Blue. Should be delivered for 1st September!

I don't know how much difference there is between Imperial Blue and Midnight Blue. However the Midnight Blue looks very nice!

we were wavering between the Imperial and Magic, Imperial is a LOVELY colour, quite a bit darker (more blak in the mix, less green..), and we were almost 50/50 between the two..
fastidious cleaning is imperative with the dark blues, I've just been out With my Dodo Juice shampoo and sheep fur Wash glove (brilliant!).. :-) Still in love With mine after nearly two months.

Thanks for the tip and thanks also for the fabulous set of images of your car in Midnight Blue.
I've ordered a 328i in Midnight Blue, with Venetian Beige interior, ready for 2nd September. The car arrived at the dealers in Inverness a couple of weeks ago and I saw it last week.
It looks absolutely stunning.

I've never used Race Glaze 55, is it easy to apply ?
More importantly, is it worth the money ?
Thanks,
Alan.

Great! With we could've stretched to a 328, but with the mad petrol-hostile purchase tax here it wouldve meant + £7000 !

Bought the raceglaze55 after an online review, deciding not to be fooled by the so called "life shine" and other b####cks treatments , instead sorting it out myself.
Infinitely easier to apply than most other products I've tried, super soft, and does not leave any white residue. Also seems to be veeeery long lasting (the amount in the can that is).. GLOSSY

I just picked up a vehicle with nearly the same specs here in the US... Midnight Blue, Venetian Leather interior... I think it looks fantastic! Not sure if I'll be able to find the same wax product you're mentioning, but I'll try to find something likewise top-notch. Thanks for the heads up!

And no doubt a larger engine than we're taxed away from here...
