When do the 2014s start production?

I first thought it was week of 7/13/13

Is it sooner? I thought my dealer said my car was scheduled for week 27 (first week of July)

Initial batches go in during early/mid July, but these are for dealer demos and whatnot. It's my understanding that production allotment for customers won't be readily available as early on, and if you order a 2014, you definitely won't have it before mid August.

My car went into status 150 Production Started with an assigned VIN as of yesterday.

Just checked, my 2014 also started production today. End of production is scheduled for July 2nd... Sweet

Weird.

Mine is a 2013 and is scheduled for completion on 6/25, but apparently started production on 6/18.

So either it started earlier, or they are rushing through the 13's

How can you check? i just received my VIN today, my CA told me it should be here 22 Jul, 3 weeks ahead of original sched of 9 Aug

What production week were you two originally scheduled for?

I am scheduled for week 27 (July 1) and now you have me optimistic I might get moved up if they started early.

Production can seemingly be completed in a weeks time, which leads me to believe they are "queuing" up vehicles to prepare for 2014 production but aren't actually putting them into production just yet.

Week 27 was my build week. My estimated completion date is now 7/1
