Wheel fitment & spacer questions - style 194/269

My car - 2010 328xi Msport - standard 17" style 194 wheels

I'm interested in getting 8x18" style 269 wheels - square set to enable tire rotation and AWD longevity. These 269 wheels are from the E46 and have an offset of 47. The stock style 194 wheels have offsets of 34 and 37 (f and r).

I used the calculator at the top of the forum and I believe I would need 12mm spacers in the front and 15mm spacers in the rear (not looking to have the new wheels poke out anymore than the current ones do...).

Am I correct and will this set-up, with 12 and 15mm spacers work without issue?

Also, I assume I need hubcentric spacers with longer bolts - can anyone provide vendor recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I know I could get style 269's in 19" with the right offsets, but I do not want 19" wheels.

Hoping someone can provide some feedback on this - never done spacers before and never put on different wheels. Always stayed on whatever came stock.

Thanks in advance.

Style 269 18x8 et47
+12mm spacer is the same as 18x8 et35
+15mm sapcer is the same as 18x8 et32

Yes that will work with out problems. Setup is almost the same as your style 194. Only 1mm difference.

Yes you need hubcentric spacers and longer bolts. Stock bolt is about 25mm long (thread part).
Stock bolts +12mm spacer= 37mm long bolts
Stock bolts +15mm spacer= 40mm long bolts

All can say, buy proper spacers like H&R etc, not some cheap stuff.

2010 328i E90

The set of 269 I bought not long ago came from 2005 E46. Front 18x8 offset 47 (225x45x18), rear 18x8.5 offset 50 (255x40x18). Front tires have about 75% life on it but the rear tire is gone. Not wanting to waste the front tire so I replaced the rear tire with the same size. Installed a set of 2010 TPMS, 12mm hubcentric spacers front and 15mm rear off eBay. Spacers came with long bolts. Front is fine but I had to cut about 1/4" off for the rear. I don't regret having bigger tires, give me more comfort and best of all, the Speedo is right on
Btw, without spacers works too but you can't put your finger in between the strut and front tire. They're too close but no rubbing. Just fyi...
