New to me 2011 e90 335

Just got a new 11 e90 335 M sport that's loaded. I hooked my iPod up to the USB because I want to select the music from it using the idrive. For some reason it will only choose 150 songs and it's random and won't let me pick. Any help on what settings or how to change this?

Had this same issue. Turn off the randomn on Idrive and turn it on in the Ipod. This solved my problem.

What will turning the random on for the iPod do? Just wondering how that works lol. How do I turn the random off on the iDrive?
