Sirius satellite starts at promo station
I had a question about the satellite radio in my 2013 5 series that I hoped someone could help me out with.
Every time I start up in the morning my Sirius sets back to the promo station and I have to manually change to the station that I'd rather hear. I previously had a 2011 and 2009 3 series that I never even heard the promo station on. I checked the manual and its pretty sparse with the Sirius info. Does anyone have any ideas how to set this up? |

I had the same problem and couldn't figure out how to get a Sirius station to stay active (and yes, I'd already subscribed to Sirius by calling the 1-800 number). I programmed one Sirius station into one of the eight memory buttons. After selecting that station using the memory button, it remains on the next time I start up. Not a direct solution, but it works.

Just an update. I had the signal resent from Sirius twice with no help. I ended up taking it to the dealer and it was a software issue. All is well now.

I am having this same issue. Just to confirm the easiest solution is to book a service appointment and have them update software?
