when i purchased my car it already had a dinan stage 2 tune on it and I love it but what can i say i'm always looking for more power, so my question is if i get a vrsf 7" intercooler will there be any noticeable gains with the dinan stage 2 tune?

The problem is your tune can't take full advantage of additional mods. It's an off the shelf map so it's still conservative.
