OEM would only be possible if you had M3 fenders as well. It's a replica.

haha well right now I'm only looking to trade for an Mtech/Msport bumper straight up. I don't want to lose money in the exchange (or at least a very minimal loss) so the offer would have to be pretty substantial.

pardon this newb question but whats the difference between msport bumper and m3 bumper? i thought they were the same? i have the sports package bumper with the fangs

Although they do look similar, they are different.

As you can see in the picture of the M3 bumper in my first post, the "fangs" point inwards as the Mtech/Msport front bumper "fangs" do not.
