Fitting 265/35/18 for FRONT of e92
The 265/35/18 fitment for the front of our E90's seems harder to find than an Unicorn. I've made it fit with no rubbing (even at full lock in a parking garage) or when threshold braking from 120 - 40.
Tires: Hankook RS-3 265/35/18, brand new Wheels: Apex ARC-8 9" with +42mm offset (10mm spacer added for +32mm offset) Suspension: M3 control arms and other bits Shocks/Springs: AST 5200 with Swift Springs Settings: 0 toe -2.8 camber 2011 e92, stock fenders |

One race team I know runs 265/35/18 BfGoodrich R1's up front with 18x9.5 with 25mm offset. Wide tires up front is possible. |

Most people want staggered wheels with aggressive wheel offsets and slammed suspension, not track-ready square setups with as much tire as possible.

OP, any chance of repost those pictures? Thinking of going with same tire setup for next season, just want to see how much room we have left on the E92.

Well, looks like OP isn't going to reupload those pictures... But just to confirm 265/35R18 are totally doable on E92 if you run camber plates.
But I just got 265/35R18 Hankook R-S3 fitted today to the front on 18x9 et31 Apex wheels, along with 275/35R18 on 18x9.5 et33 at the rear. Car is running -3 front camber, all M3 arms, and on TCK DA coils (but on max height, so not extremely low). I rolled the rear fender for a few extra mm of clearance, looks like it did the job. 285/35R18 will probably fit as well, but it might look a little funny on just a 9.5 inch wheel. Front is tight, just barely fit. I have a very very slight rub on the outside shoulder of the front passenger tire due to the profusion on the fender liner from the bolt holding the front bumper to the fender. Probably just leave it be unless it gets worse. But if you get a tire that runs a bit skinnier or have a rounder, less squared off shoulder comparing to the RS3 (dunlop direzza zii or something), you should be totally fine. Will get some pictures tomorrow!

Thoughts on a 255/35 on a 18x9.5 et35 after fitting a 265 on a 9.0 et31? |

No spacer, just 18x9 et31 wheels. 255/35 on 9.5 et 35 wheels is a tough call, mostly depending what kind of shock/coilover setup you are running up front. I know KW shock/spring collar tends to run wide and low, getting in the way of the tires. Safest and probably the best setup for track is probably a set of 18x9 et31 with 265/35 tires on all 4 corners, so you can rotate them however way you want. But I am sucker for staggered tires...
