help, tpms senors??

Will tpms senors work from a 2008 mini cooper work on a 2009 335i? part number# 36236781847

Was going to use these on a set of Varrstoen wheels?

Sensors are the same between 2008 Coopers and 2009 E90.

However, the battery life on a sensor from a 2008 model of car may be pretty limited by now.

If you're a car show weenie you should be aware that the valve caps shown in your picture are original for a 2009 335i and are no longer available from any source. So for that concours correct look you need to keep those!

Yes, I know, that is sick... but I've helped restore cars for show in the past and this is the kind of thing that I do and say to myself "in 15 years someone is going to appreciate this!" (even though I know that in reality that probably won't ever happen.)

You need to turn me on to some of those car show weenies - I have a crapload of those ugly plastic caps in a drawer - I'd be happy to sell them for $50/set if they are so rare

Unfortunately you'll probably have to hold them for 15-20 years to get real money for them! (but I'd take a couple if they're headed to the trash...)
