Recommend Service Advisor @ BMW of Austin ?

I was wondering if anyone here has had any good experiences with any certain service advisor at BMW of Austin. I am thinking of seeing about getting an oil cooler retrofit for my early production e90 335 and have a few other service-related questions for them. Any input is appreciated.

Pavel Reyes is who I chose and he seems very knowledgable, friendly, and willing to spend some time with his customers if need be. Thanks, hockeynut...and thanks to those who sent me PMs as well.

sorry i didnt see this in time. any way i had a really good experience with Lonnie. not sure of his last name but he made spending 800 bucks on 2 tires a little easier.
