smoking from tail pipes

can a leaky engine radiator cause smoke ?

If coolant finds its way into some part of the combustion or exhaust tract, then it’ll smoke. What makes you think a leaky radiator is the cause?

cause ive checked everything and I have a leaky radiator. my other guess is maybe turbo seals or valve seals

Far, far more likely that the turbos are burning oil on the turbine side. Are you sure it’s coolant burn? If you are that eliminates a large number of potential culprits. If it’s oil, buckle up because things could get costly. Could be a dozen different things.

open up ur downpipes, if u see them oil smoggy, u know the turbo seal is leaking

im not sure when you say downpipes you mean the catalyst ? my mods are dcis and jb4 map 1
