BMW just told me my car delivery will be delayed

They call today that the car not passed the PDI (test before delivery) the car couldn't start up normally, and the problem is on ECU which has malfunction code.. so they will delay the delivery until they got the new car deliver to the showroom.. In Thailand GT is very rare only 30 cars available... until Q3 next year where the factory can produce F34 in Thailand. T_T

Ouch!

I guess the only worse thing would be if they simply delivered a new vehicle that didn't start properly.

How long is the expected delay?
