WTB: OEM E92 335 exhaust
I know of a few people around that are going aftermarket exhausts for their E92 335's. I might be doing a new project on my E92, and would like to purchase a used exhaust. The exhaust must still be in great condition. Pm if anyone is selling... |

It might help if you gave your location. To ship that exhaust in one piece would be a PITA since its almost the length of the car.

Well, from the axle back (ie. just the rear mufflers and a small foot or less of piping) would have to be cut off from an oem exhaust. The only bolt on section of the 335 oem exhaust is the connection at the downpipes, which is where the primary cats are like you said. Did you have an aftermarket exhaust, and now your need just the rear oem mufflers or do you need the full oem exhaust?

Ahhh... I see. There should be more people with just the rear mufflers than the whole exhaust since a lot of people cut off the rear mufflers when they go with just a rear section.

I'm still trying to figure out why it is. Real oem shows separate section with separate part numbers put together with clamps. :/

Well, I don't know... maybe for repairs they sell the seperate pieces, but my oem exhaust is definitely all one piece from the downpipes back.
