Going to replace my spark plugs on my 07 328i

NGK Laser Iridium OEM

Anyone know if this is the latest one? Or if there has been a change on this.
recommended plugs?

I got these for my 08 328i sedan. They are a match for the part number listed on RealOEM for my car. I also went on slick deals.net and found a nice coupon to use with them.
