I have placed a deposit on an i3. I keep going back and forth with the dealer on options because my sales person doesn't appear to remember what I order from week to week. Now we're trying to use the BMW USA i3 configurator and it seems to be down or not functioning at least 50% of the time. Like right now, at this very instant.

I have confirmed this is not a problem with my computer or browser because the dealer is similarly unable to use the site.

What is wrong with BMW NA? This is so basic.
