new oil?

Ive always used german Castrol (euro formula) 0w-30 in my 335i for the past 50k miles. I noticed a new bottle design when I was in my local autozone. I also noticed it said made in Belgium on the back. Then I looked next to it, and they had 0w-40 European formula in the same design bottle, but on the back it said made in Germany....

anybody know anything about this? or can shed some light on this? what is what and is it the same? lol. I walked down through the shopping center to the advance auto parts (same shopping center as autozone, talk about competition lol) and they had the normal good old bottles I am used to of german Castrol 0w-30 made in Germany.
