Ticking noise when AC or Heater on

Hey Guys, hope all are doing well. Hoping you can assist me with an issue i came across, which started in the past 4 days now. Every time i have my AC on or my Heater, a ticking noise seems to come about. The noise isn't really loud, but loud enough in which you can hear it when you go closer to the hood area. The noise does go away when i turn off the AC or Heater, however at times even with both off, i might hear and there still hear it, which tells me maybe it's the fan? Since it cools down the car frequently, maybe one of the teeth on the fan is broken? Hoping you guys can help. Thank you!
