Made up my mind

I have finally made up my mind!

I love my M5 I really do, and I gave it a good chance to grow on me, and to really wow me. It wowed me for a long time, but ever since driving a P-car I had second thoughts. So much to the point where I got a 2003 911. Now the time has has to come to combine the M5 and the 2003 Porsche into a new car, and so I will be trading them both for a .... 2011 Turbo PDK.

Going to pull the trigger tomorrow. Fear not, still have a family car X5, and a work car Pick up truck.

I'm confused. Is it you or your dad buying the car? I thought you were in your teens, no disrespect.

Green, no problem. I shall explain.

I am almost 21, been driving fast and expensive cars since 15. I treat all cars with respect as if they were my children.

I am currently at college and I commute every single day by train. The cars we have in the family are available to everyone. three people three cars. Everyday I am home, I get a option to decide between M5, X5, and Porsche. We decide on buying cars as a whole family since we all drive the cars, but the majority of time, I spend in the M5 or the Porsche. So since the M5 and the 996 are going to be traded in, I shall drive the Turbo the most.

Lucky. When I was that age, I was fighting for my country in the military. Didn't even own a car then. Went to college after I got out of the military then went back in.

Because I let someone else take the depreciation hit first. It is actually almost a new car. It has less miles than my M5, only 5k on the speedo.

I really enjoyed my 2011 PDK 997.2... I tuned it and it was faster than a stock Turbo S back then:
