Merguez-spiced Lamb Loin Chops (Morrocan recipe), bell pepper salad and a bread pudding w/spinach and shiitaki mushrooms. Accompanied by a salad and Cotes-du-Rhone.

A number of years ago my wife took an early retirement offer from her company. She had always wanted to be a chef so after retiring she decided to make cooking her hobby. I'm just the busboy, dishwasher and sommelier :).
