Grilled chicken seasoned with za’atar, sweet nad hot paprika, garlic, sumac, lemon pepper, white pepper, and salt. Paired with a cucumber and radish salad with olive oil, lemon, dill, and just a hint of Trader Joes’ pickle seasoning!

The pup joined us al fresco, as well!

Last night's dinner was at a local BBQ place about an hour away from our tree farm, chosen because they have an outdoor patio that's friendly to OCD psycho dogs. BBQ ribs, sausage, tater tots, and of course collard greens because in the south, washed down with an "Arnold Palmer" of 3/4 unsweetened iced tea and 1/4 lemonade:

Saw a net flix movie where they were eating fried chicken. Damn, I haven't had fried chicken in over a year.. Scratched the itch.. Probably been 10 years since I made it myself. Made it tonight. Messy to make but came out good. Mashed taters and corn..

Chicken strips and dirty rice from Bojangles again, since just about every other restaurant in the nearest town is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I wanted tater rounds, but they messed up and gave me dirty rice instead. The rice was good, but the container was tiny.....
