1. Running a plate (..no reason needed).
2. Checking a CCHRS [Consolidated Criminal History Reords Search] (..reason needed).
3. Checking CalPhoto DMV (..reason needed).
4. Checking FLOCK cameras for a plate to locate the last known position of a vehicle (..reason needed).
5. Checking Palantir provides me every location you’ve ever been detained on a traffic stop, what you were cited for, who was with you (..if they were identified), all associated addresses for you and the people identified with you, where you were arrested, etc.; imagine Google Maps with all of your police contact locations pinned (..reason needed).
Palantir is…..the digital flow chart of your police contacts and provides nexuses for potentially related crimes. CCHRS provides me your entire criminal history. CalPhoto provides me the digital version of your exact driver’s license, photo and all. FLOCK tells me the last intersection your vehicle traversed. The license plate function just provides registered owner and specific vehicle details.
