.... which is horsepucky.
But... the X6 is ugly.... so, it makes sense they'd have to offer it with more "bling" to compensate.... LOL

Seriously though, theoretically, the carbon interior trim "should" be the same for the X6 as it is for the X5, right??
Ninefourteener wroteyes, the interior is identical in the areas it mattersYea... the X6 has available Carbon interior trim, available red leather interior, and the available illuminated grill. None of those are available on the X5.

I see that Carbon Fibre interior trim is available from some of the vendors on this site. Does anyone know what would be involved in switching out the existing trim?
It doesn't seem "that bad", if you have interior trim tools and some micro fiber clothes to protect stuff. I would worry most about accidentally yanking something and destroying a ribbon connector somewhere.
 Should arrive in late January:lol:http://www.jcsportline.net/en/product-detail-7967.html

John925 wroteThe kit I purchased is simply placed on top of the Oem trim. I just noticed that for these G05s the oem trim isn’t flush with all surfaces so this might actually work! Run your fingers around the gear box/button area or upper dash vent area. How do these pop off? Are they clips or do you have to remove the whole dash?

PNWM50I wrotewell.........Trim arrives tomorrow!
PNWM50I wroteI'm interested in the fit and finish of this, please post some close up photos and your review of what it looks like.Trim arrives tomorrow!
Edit: Just seen the pics in your other thread.
Makefish wroteI’m very content with the purchase. Installation was easy and because the trim flexes (given how thin it is), it was easy to gently lift it and re-align it to a position I wanted. It was worth the buy and admit I took a huge gamble on it when buying from abroad. Emails with the seller were appeared somewhat sketch (English not their first language) but the product came as promised and well packaged.I'm interested in the fit and finish of this, please post some close up photos and your review of what it looks like.

I guess the question is how noticeable it is considering it is tapes on and not a replacement of previous trim
devil would be in the details ... shots
philooo wroteAdditional picswould you mind posting closeup of the trim

Can you we get an update on how the quality of that product is holding up?
