Now that the weather is warmer I've noticed that when I open the sunroof it opens to about 99% full. Then I push the open button one more time and the sunroof opens another 1.5 inches, or so. I'm not sure why they do it this way, but does anyone know of a way to code it to open fully when the one-touch is clicked?

The reason is noise.. In the first position you will get less noise and pressure bumps when driving. Full open is more noisy and uncomfortable.. For coding I'll check.

FZD_35 1D93 3009 UseComfortPosOpen set to *NICHT AKTIV* (Wert 00)

Thanks... I'll be trying this through bimmercode. Do you know which ECU it would be in? BDC?

ECU is FZD. Dachmodul. (Roofmodule) bimmercode probably won't work..

Yeah... Unfortunately that module is not available on bimmercode. One day when I pull the trigger on EsysX I'll get this done. Appreciate your help!

Just did this in Bimmercode no problem. Old thread but still pertinent. Can't believe I put up with this for this long! I rarely open the moonroof, and then even more rarely look up at it hahaha.

Moonroof now opens fully on its own.
