SHARMAATL wroteits a 2020 thats why....Came in for some regular service and spotted this in the showroom. It's gotta be the best deal I've seen so far on an M model. It's got 105 miles on it at the moment.
Located at Global Imports BMW Atlanta.
puraj83 wroteits not all about the price off the top...monthly math/dp, etc.Looks like only 4-5% off. Can get you 10% off from an East coast dealer if you are willing to pay for shipping. PM me. They would have to look for an allocation.
My question -
anyone put zero down, and pay less per month on a 36 month lease with 10k on a 2021 ordered x5m competition that retails $118k + taxes/fees?
Firstm31993 wroteIt depends on which build slot you get. I have week 50 and it should be done by first week of January.Anyone know how long it may take for a my21 x6m build. I plan to order possibly 12/14/20.
I placed an order today. I’ll have to ask for my build week
Firstm31993 wroteI placed my order about 6 weeks ago.Having week 50, when did you place your order?

It all depends on when the dealer has a build slot. They could have one for the next week or 3 months out
Firstm31993 wroteIt's worth it both aesthetically and for the audio improvements.Hey guys, do you think the B&W vs HK is worth the $3400 cost in a 2021 X6m ?
SHARMAATL wroteEven if there was zero sound improvement over HK, I'd spend 3400 just for the interior lighting effects... completely changes the interior at night in a good way.Firstm31993 wroteIt's worth it both aesthetically and for the audio improvements.Hey guys, do you think the B&W vs HK is worth the $3400 cost in a 2021 X6m ?

Coming from MB and Audi, thinking about getting a BMW next. Prefer a compliant ride but also want to experience a performance vehicle, so planning on leasing a X5MC.
Here are a couple of lease quotes I got from nearby dealers in Houston, Texas.
15k miles per yr/ 36 months.
Quote 1
Selling price- $123795.00 ( No discount)
Residual - 53%
MF- .00158 ( 3.792% APR)
Initial payment: $2500 ( First month payment and fees)
Monthly payment- $2192.61
Quote 2
Selling price- $119800 ( 3.2% discount)
Residual - 53%
MF- .00118 ( 2.832%APR)
Acquisition fee- $925
TTL and Doc fees- $335.00
Monthly payment-$2176.00
Initial payment- $2176.00
My credit score is 830+.
I ran the numbers for the second quote thru multiple online calculators and monthly payments are supposed to be about $1830-1861, what am I missing?
I did not look further into the first quote due to no discounts and jacked up MF.
Both are for 2021 custom order for a X5MC with Driving assistance, Executive pkg and B&W.
Thank you and Looking forward to your opinions.

Firstm31993 wroteThe dealers are allocated build slots. You won't know what week you get.Hi All, I started the order process 12/14/20 for a 21 X6m. Do can the order is the production number required for the build to start? I also sent that question to my sales guy. Waiting for his reply.
I'm a little concerned with the 1700-1900 quotes on the F95. Not a broker just did super extensive research and ended up using a broker and you should be starting around 1400/month and with taxes in the 1500-1600 range tops for a 125k sticker.
emfive wroteNo great incentives right now.Hi all, I'm thinking about ordering a 2021 X6M. Is the dealer incentivized to get a sale in by end of 2020 vs. 2021 or does the dealer get credit for it only upon delivery? I didn't see any super major special incentives for rest of 2020 so I'm debating whether it not it matters when I want to order it. Was kinda hoping they would have some killer incentive before year end.
botis1028 wroteSo I’m clear. I’ll be in line possibly with someone waiting too, or the dealer is merely waiting for a build slot from BMW?The dealers are allocated build slots. You won't know what week you get.

When does the production number come into play?
Firstm31993 wroteNot sure the exact logistics, however, when it's an order, each dealer gets X amount of orders for X car I'm assuming dependent on volume or other factors. They can also trade these build slots with other dealers.botis1028 wroteSo I’m clear. When I ordered mine, the first allocated build slot for an F95 was about about a month-6 weeks after I put in the order. I knew I had week 50 allocated from the start and wouldn't you know it, my F95 finished production today.
It will be sitting there until Jan 14th when I do PCD.
