I thought delivery fee was to cover dealer expenses to bring the vehicle from Spartanburg to the dealership two time zones away.
Is this right?

Extended warranty says take it to a dealership for a diagnostic test and depending on the dealership finding it may be covered or not. Is such repair normally covered or is it an expensive repair.
