Coffee and couple of Breakfast Rounds. Usual breakfast is coffee and 2 banana/peanut butter "tacos.'' Sandwich thins with PB and half a banana in each side.

Lately it's been local bean pour over coffee with oat milk and pasture raised soft boiled eggs over two pieces of sprouted wheat bread toast.

Toasted brown bread with crunchy peanut butter and a big glass of cranberry juice. There's nothing like a glass of ass (as a friend calls it) to get you started in the morning.

1 scoop ON casein + 1 scoop ON natural Whey mixed w/ water
Fish oil capsule
Whole oats. Sometimes I mix in pumpkin puree + smashed walnuts or a drizzle of honey, sometimes blueberries if they're in season.

I say 'smashed walnuts' because I never have time to chop them. I just break them up under closed knuckles. :)

McDonalds.

6 yr old wanted a sausage biscuit, so she got it (we were on the road at 7AM). I got an iced coffee that looked like milk and tasted like pure sugar. Jesus Christ what do they put in that shit. Oh well, I paid for it so I drank it.
