I have access to a spare passenger seat pulled from a 2015 BMW X5 and curious about the possibility of mounting it on my sim rig but not sure what I'd need to do in order to get the power functions working.

The seat has a X12*1B connector included. Anyone have any experience with this and can share the resources I'd need?
