XutvJet wroteI've no doubt you have heard the term 'alien technology' used describing things like on weapons and the advanced latest jet fighters, so even though the Pen ta gon may or may not have exactly confirmed there are, ok lets say UAP's instead, this technology could only have come from the debris of crashed UAP's which when discovered are secured quickly by military security.Sure, but to think that there are actual ships that have crashed and we have the debris seems very unlikely. If some alien form has made it to earth, it is likely using some sort of craft that can more or less shape shift and the current laws of physics as we know them don't apply. They sure as hell aren't using craft with lights, wings, and such

I was talking with a chap around the corner who races a small stock car and some of the things he does to the engine and hangers keeping in line with the regulations that others are still in the dark about makes him win races.

Thus we see something that we don’t understand (I saw lights doing things that normally couldn’t be done), and then without any facts or evidence we form a firm conclusion (it must be aliens). dmatre wroteNature abhors a vacuum. Been going on since humans first walked the Earth. I'm surprised smart phones aren't considered the work of witches.

M5Rick wroteThat's not even remotely accurate....this technology could only have come from the debris of crashed UAP's...
It's one thing to say that we, as lay people, don't understand a technology, and quite another to say we know where it comes from. The great inventors (like Tesla) always had fantastic tech in their heads that others didn't understand, so it's likely that same thing is happening today. I think the only difference is that instead of being ostracized, the military is scooping these people up for their projects.
FrankMstein wroteI saw one waaaaaaay too close in the late 1980's, as in standing under a triangle-shaped one on the side of the road hovering about 500 feet overhead. No noise, but it did blow the Radio Shack stereo's amplifier chip out in my car. The regional newspaper had reports about it the next day, and my now-late best friend (who I didn't know at the time) saw the same thing from a parallel road.....I'm going with my factory installed BS detector until I see one myself.
If aliens visited earth, they were in the form of robots, not organic life forms.

I believe that UFOs exist because I've seen one waaaaaay too close.....
AmuroRay wroteI think aliens have probably been around on Earth for a long time, but I also think any sudden "alien event" could just be something staged by the government to manipulate or control people.I agree. I don't believe in UFOs or Aliens, at least not in the modern sense.
If you know the Story of Enoch, Annunaki and the "gods" who descended down Mount Olympus - I'd also suggest reading Flavius Josephus who talks about the very event.
People who don't know history are doomed to repeat it.
Gemini562 wroteAliens are just a secular psudeo scientific name for spiritual beings like angels. The Greeks called them gods, the Egyptians the Annunaki, and the Hebrews call them Bene Alohim - Son's of God.I think aliens have probably been around on Earth for a long time, but I also think any sudden "alien event" could just be something staged by the government to manipulate or control people.
Just like modern day "terrible lizards" ...errr, Dinosaurs, are the classically referenced dragons.
Old story, different wrapper same candy.
dmatre wroteYeah, that's not true. People today are dumber, weaker and less capable in any time in history. You guys have literally no clue. People are logical, they had curiosity and the attention span to actually think about some of these things. 90% of the stuff we do now is rehashed old ideas done poorly.

At this moment in time, there is exactly the same amount of evidence for extraterrestrial life visiting us as there is for the tooth fairy.
dmatre wroteHonestly, I was going to write you a whole breakdown on this but you wouldn't read it, or believe me. I already mentioned 3 different accounts of Aliens to you, as presented by "ancient" cultures. Not following what you’re saying.

They are called Aliens to us today, in our present culture and understanding of the world. The story of Enoch in Hebrew scriptures talk about 'metaphysical' (literally Spiritual) being that come from beyond Earth. This is also the concept of Babylonian, Sumerian, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, etc...philosophy since ever. It's an old idea, it's always been around and it's had different names- but it's the same exact concept. Metaphysical beings, awesome powers and diverse appearance - give people knowledge and understanding. Isn't like the exact plot of 90% of the movies out there too? I'll agree with everyone else here aliens as presented on Tv - movie or news or anything else, it likely fiction.
The concept of aliens is an old, and documented

My own one was a few years ago walking the dog at night on a quiet street near home and an oval shaped craft I'd guess 500 metres up heading SW. It was flame red underneath with black 'tubes' running across. It was completely silent flying at maybe 80 - 100 mph, I stopped a car coming towards me and pointed to the craft, the occupant and his partner couldn't make out what it was definitely not a Chinese lantern and no weather or any other type of balloon as it continued disappearing over the horizon.
