We just got our 2nd cat, my gift to my wife for Mothers Day (in addition to a bracelet she had to have). Anyway, its a Ragdoll Munchkin, and so far shes doing pretty well with our snowshoe. Going to share several photos Ive taken. What cat(s) do you have, how old?
12 yr old Maine Coon. Unfortunately he has a tumor on his side and may be inoperable by the time we can get him to see a cardiologist.

Good luck and I hope for the best.

Beautiful cat. I’ll guess Bengal?

Here are two of our three outdoor cats.

Clover took one to the eye but has since healed fine.

My cat is constantly chattering too. I love it. Most of the time I don't understand her but that doesn't stop her.

Yeah, I've got the "feed me" one down as well. That and she's standing right by her bowl.

It was during his hiding, new home phase. So I had no clue what he wanted, would not stop. lol

Still quite timid, yesterday was a big day, he allowed pets.

No doubt. It was a rough two weeks, friend was coaching me along.
Kitty’s still not ready for house guests, but big progress.

Funny, that's what we call our cat too; or cat or baby. We've had her for 10 years (she's 12 now) and her name is Samantha but for some reason that name never stuck, so it's mostly 'Kitty.'

The only time she's called Samantha or Sam is when they call her at the vet, and then it's "for Sam."

I call all cats kitty. It works for all of them.

Really trying to regularly call him Walter, but I hear ya, kitty just works.

BTW, noticed your avatar and was thinking, you are probably naming him Walter after John Goodman's character Walter Sobchak, yes?

That bengal looks awesome. Your profile pic is funny, sometimes I refer to our new cat as a marmot because she looks like a ferret - which is from that movie.

Update on Peppermint - she has been a fun cat so far - loves to sit in my wifes lap also loves to play and test the boundaries of our 4 yr old Snowshoe who has been very patient with her.

Yes. That is the Walter he's named after.

Always had a thing for cats and really dislike dogs, I find them needy and dirty. In saying that, like all animals, I can't get my head around having them inside, out you go my paws.

My two rescues. Found as kittens tossed out by a friend’s farm. Took the biggest and the runt of the litter. Cuddly, playful, and both hopelessly devoted.

No way this should drop off page 1.
I've posted a bunch of our current gals, so here are some in memoriam.
This is Zach and LaCreme, adopted as a pair who had been together, basically in isolation, much of their lives. Not sure this shows scale, but they are the largest, and smallest we've ever had (and Zach the only male, if you don't count the 3 weeks until Cedric's true gender reveal at the vet). Zach was Creamy's protector and got her to her safely to her forever home with us. Both were loved and sorely missed.
