A decision has to be made as the championship winning F1 Drivers title will be awarded tomorrow in Uzbekistan.. :)
By the way my car is nearly ready with a new drivers airbag installed b/c of the recall, they had one in stock!

Nice one my friend :happyanim:
Now look at this, this isn't over yet as I stated before Norris passed Yuki with all 4 wheels over the track line and Yuki only moving a little and it's being looked at again.
For the FIA (!) ;)

Car went in for a coolant leak (faulty turbo return hose and practicaly inaccessible) and at the same time a BMW hq M5 recall notice fell on the doorstep from them, so while it was there the job was done and no worries about drivers a/bag deploying suddenly.
Off season thread? Guess I can do that after the dust settles down with who is actually the World Drivers Champion :cool!:

The main thing is that's been presented by more evidence is that car 4 used manoeuvres in such a way before approaching Yuki which you can see he was approaching him at quite a high rate of knots and then using the off track as a further launch with more grip and torque to set himself up for the turn at a higher rate of speed and manoeuvrability that would not happen on the track itself.
more grip and torque --- off the racing line, on the painted surface? Really, what dufus is going to present that argument?

Yuki was erratic. Terrible driving. Lando had to give him extra room to avoid the crash. Checo's defense around the same exact track, in the same exact position, was substantially better. And unlike Hamilton, Norris kept it aggressive and went for the move instead of just sitting back and waiting for an easy pass.

Lando was more than 5 seconds ahead of Charles anyway, so even if you want to penalize him, it doesn't matter.

I don't think the off season one is a big deal, it's just one thread start. GuidoK has been doing all the races without a break so let's let him decide.

On the images you could see that Tsunoda was weaving and aggressively closed the door for Norris. He had announced to his team to leave him to take care of approaching Norris. Norris quite understandably took evasive action to avoid a crash.
Race stewards made the right call: no further action for Norris for leaving the track and gaining an advantage + a 5-sec time penalty for Tsunoda.
This year, Norris won the F1 2025 WDC with a McLaren and Franz Hermann won his GT3 race debut in the NLS series on the Nürburgring Nordschleife with a Ferrari. Deal with it.

:bulge:
High speed crash for Borto after DRS failure, he was uninjured and taken to the medical centre for checks, was cleared to race but his car was too badly damaged and now there are no spare cars available like there were in the old days.
