My order was submitted on Nov 26th
5 days later (Dec 1) I got a BuildCode Status 150 with a production date of 12/16 -- Week 50 ?

I'm hoping to get the 0.9% financing rate, I suppose they need to get it at least to the dealer by Jan 2..

Technically you're in Week 51, but with an estimated completion date earlier in that week.

So i looked at the Debug for the BMW Wesbite and got the prodDate, but I couldn't figure out the week number.. It appears my long held belief that a year had exactly 52 weeks was shattered when I attempted to calculate my week. It seems the number of weeks in a year often has a decimal point involved, and at very infrequent times there are 53 weeks in a year.

So when does week 51 start ? And end?

I'm week 50 with a December 13th production date. You can call the BMW Genius line to get the production week or use the Bimmer Track tool - https://g20.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2180275.

I'm a week 51 build and still no VIN# or build date.... Was really hoping for delivery before Christmas (in NY).

Mine has a VIN. When I log into bmwusa.com, in the mygarage section, I previously added the production number (not sure if that helped), anyway, it does list the VIN number now.

I had to go to the browser debug window to get the build date (12/16) which implies the week number.

How did you get the week number? From the dealership?

I just called the BMW genius line and press option 6. Give it your production number and it’ll give you the week.

I'm in the same boat here. I have 2VW and I'm on pins and needles waiting for 150 status.

What's a browser debug window?

There was a post that mentioned 2 builds went into production late last week with 2VW so you should be good. They do have inventory for existing builds from what a Bmw Na Rep texted to a dealer by me that was then shared and showed to me. So, I would say your good!:cool!:

I hope your right. But I probably won’t feel good about it until it leaves the factory.

He is referring to the "F12" process but you can also use BimmerTrack.

Ahhh. I'm on top of those two features. My only issue still is I can't access my garage from my computer anymore. I've researched all the tricks and can't seem to make it work. I either have to use a different computer or go in as incognito window.

Different browser maybe? I've had issues with Safari at times. So will switch to chrome.

I found deleting all the cookies for the bmw site worked. My garage worked fine until I started playing with the new vehicle build configurator on the bmwusa website again. It seems to store a ginormous cookie and then the mygarage has a fit when it provides it. the error says something like "header too big". At least it does this for me.. I am using the Firefox browser.

You name it, I've tried it. Today I was able to get into My Garage but when I tried the F12 process that's when I get an error message. I just open an incognito window and everything works fine.

Same thing for me. Mine went in to status 150 on 11/25 with a projected completion date of 12/13 being consistently reflected since then.

I've been able to discern if the projected 12/13 date is the actual build date it'll go down the line on or the day they're saying it'll be totally completed by.

It takes only about 4 hours for assembly. Followed by QC and then to awaiting carrier assignment. Barring any QC issues you'll have it the week of 12/15 for sure.

I went into status 150 yesterday with an estimated completion date of 12/20! Really hoping it gets bumped up a few days…

Status 150 today. 2VW still intact. 12/20 production date

your def not going to have any problems with 2VW, your build will have it.
