Dispatches from Spartanburg In previous Week?

My car has been ready since January 23 and was scheduled to be dispatch on January 25 but because of the storm it did not depart. The car has been sitting there since a week then. It was to come to the west coast by Rail to Richmond. I wanted to know if anyone have had dispatches in this week? I call Genius line everyday but no update and they have no timeline.

Spartanburg had another 4--8 inches of snow yesterday. If your car got on a train middle of last week it should be on the way to the KC rail yard. Are you using genius, myBmw app, F12 or Bimmertrack methods to track?

Oh dang!! That causes more problems. As per genius helpline it is still at the distribution center. My tracking everywhere online still shows it at 111 status. They don’t know why it is not updating there. So I cal the helpine everyday.
