Just took my M60i in for a quote here in San Diego:
Full PPF w/ paint correction - $8k :confused0068:

I would love to hear what others are paying here in SoCal for reference.

You could just call around to some other shops and get an idea of other costs…

Are you doing stealth or something just curious why full PPF. I did XPEL full front and rear bumper for $3400. $8k sounds about right from what a friend told me. But that’s a huge amount relative to the cars value so unless you’re stealthing seems not worth full ppf but that’s just me

Thanks for stopping by and adding value here. I’m posting to get an idea of what some are paying these days for a wrap they’re happy with.

I have gotten a number of quotes, the trend here is that they vary quite erratically from shop to shop.

Services, unlike most goods, tend to be harder to valuate. The last time I’ve had a vehicle wrapped (around $4600 for ‘23 X5) was in 2024.

Thanks for the input.

I kinda liked what stealth wrapped Tanzanite Blue looked like, but yeah that’s insane and not quite worth it for me.

I love the stealth wrap also- theres a green stealth wrapped x5 around my neighborhood that is a stunner. The Tamzanit and mBB also look great in stealth. I have brooklyn gray which I think does not work well. All that said fully ppf for protection is a waste

In November, I spent abou $7K for full PPF for an X5 with Le Mans Blue. The work was done in Dallas.
