Well , I hate to say it my friend ...

We have 3 choices :

1- Just witnessing how MAX (and Hadjar)! struggles through the whole season to finish P10 in a reversing RB22 wheelchair.
2- MAX moves in 2027 to another team to get a competitive car with which he can fight for the WDC again.
3- MAX leaves F1

I wouldn't think twice , and take 2 in a heartbeat.

The FIA won't change the new 2026 Duracell cars and the Frenchman Pierre Waché continues to mess things up with his RB22 wheelchair creations in a WWII wind tunnel just like in the past 2 seasons with fundamental design mistakes and non-stop balance issues..
The current situation is clear , Wolff's Benz Team has at least a one season advantage (!)

We don't win races in a balloon filled with hope.
Then we know what MAX needs to do ...
It's time to move (ASAP)!

Really? That's what they said about Lewis Hamilton moving to Ferrari. I wouldn't bet folding money on anything surrounding Formula One these days. Hell, Tiger Woods could be driving for Red Bull next
Think , I was the first to say in 2024 that LEW would move to Ferrari.

Tiger crashed again with his Land Rover SUV and spent some time in jail .
He took too much (strong stuff)! pain killers for his back pains.
He doesn't see the things how they should look like . Even his golf ball has become oval ;)

Tiger is still a billionaire. Is it really that hard to hire a bodyguard with a drivers license :confused2

And he isn't the only one. Can't fix STUPID!!!

Honestly look at Michael Schumacher's
Formula 1 World Championships:
1994: Benetton Ford (First title)
1995: Benetton Renault
2000: Ferrari (First Ferrari title in 21 years)
2001: Ferrari
2002: Ferrari
2003: Ferrari (Broke Juan Manuel Fangio's record of five titles)
2004: Ferrari (Seventh and final title)

Longest Gaps Between F1 World Titles
7 Years: Niki Lauda (1977-1984)
6 Years: Lewis Hamilton (2008-2014)
6 Years: Jack Brabham (1960-1966)
6 Years: Graham Hill (1962-1968)

Max can get back to collecting world Championships even if it takes 5 + years to get the right situation. Assuming he wants to?

Sure I hear what you say but it is well known he is signed for Red Bull until 2028 and there could be huge financial penalties for breaking that contract which could even end up in court with RBR claiming mitigating circumstances in the performance clause and RUS is no fool, he may have even primed his own lawyers for later in that respect.

OK a BMW Tiger Woods joke:

Tiger Woods drives his BMW into a petrol station in a remote part of Ireland. Paddy who knows nothing about golf, says “Top o the morning to ya sir!” Tiger nods and bends to pick up the fuel nozzle. As he does so, 2 tees fall out of his shirt pocket. “What are those?” Asks Paddy. “They’re called tees, they’re for resting my balls on when I’m driving.” “F me" says Paddy “BMW think of everything!”

I was there for fitting new rear boots and a 4 wheel alignment which was well overdue...now it handles better than the RB22 wheelchair

Whilst it was the number 18 Aston Martin that was involved in the incident, Lance Stroll was NOT driving at the time.

Interesting, but why not?

Max Verstappen and Lando Norris special training revealed

F1 drivers leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of speed, but in an exclusive RacingNews365 interview, Dr. Zoe Wimshurst detailed that one overlooked area surrounds the driver's eyes.

"Lando's performance coach came to me when they were looking at the inside colour of his helmet,” she said.

“They asked, 'Is this something that could affect his vision?' We did a bunch of tests and found that absolutely, yes, this could be impacting his vision.

"I would never just recommend something just because it works for Lando.

“Things like visor colour, there are things that work better for most people, but there are still individual differences in there.”

Wimhurst insisted that consistent training is required to keep the eye muscles in tune, highlighting its important nature to go hand-in-hand with drills to stay on top of their game.

“The muscles that control your eyes are skeletal muscles, so like your biceps and your hamstrings, you can train them to work faster,” she stated.

Seems I recall a lot of folks laughed at Max and Dale Earnhardt Jr. when they were early adopters of sim racing. No ones laughing now.

Who loves a good rumor? :happyanim:

Mark Webber’s relationship with McLaren has reportedly cooled amid frustration that Piastri is being treated as the team’s number two behind reigning champion Norris. Webber is now said to be scouting teams where Piastri can be an undisputed leader — potentially opening the door for Verstappen, a long-time target of CEO Zak Brown, to take his seat. With ex-Red Bull personnel Marshall, Courtenay, and now Lambiase all at McLaren, the pieces are falling into place.
