Russian spec X5 exhaust help

Hello, i have crashed my car and need a new exhaust, my car is a 2019 X5 G05 Xdrive40i B58, i have went underneath my car to check the part numbers i need. I have checked the codes form my muffler and on the midpipe and have found that most probably because my car is a russian spec that most bmw parts i find in my country and in europe as a whole have different part numbers as opposed to what i have, the only exhaust for sale which i have found that has my exact part number is one from Belarus and i dont think they even have international shipping. My question is, would another exhaust that looks the same and is from the same car but has a different part number fit or would that not work? What other solutions do i have?
P.S. I have just assumed that its because it is a russian spec, i dont exactly know why i dont find it anywhere
