Julia2206 wroteYou should be fine but I can't 100% guarantee it. If you can wait a few months, I will post my results, as I'm going with the following tire setup on wider aftermarket wheels:Hi folks, anyone using higher profile on X5 22 wheels? My original Conti are very noise and considering replacing for Michelin PS4 SUV 275/40/22 (front) and 315/35/22 (Rear). My main concern is rubbing once diameter front and rear will be exactly the same and no issues for the X-Drive... Thoughts?
Front = 285/40/22
Rear = 325/35/22
There is a lot of posts on this topic if you search/browse the forum. I'm in the camp that any tire at or under 31" total diameter should work.

Julia2206 wroteI personally try to avoid run flat tires, but the reviews on the PS4 SUV seem to be positive with respect to ride noise and comfort.Hi Matt, good to know its aligned with your plan as well... My only concern with Michelin for 275/40/22 & 315/35/22 is the fact its a Run Flat and not sure if the ride will be a little harder even if with higher profile. When are you installing your new set? Please send photos. Tis
Looks like I'll be scheduling my Performance Center Delivery beginning of November. My wheels should arrive Nov/Dec, so hopefully everything's on and done in December.

marcano m4 wroteAre you running the 285's front and rear? Looking to do the same. Doesn't get cold enough for winter tires here but does get cold enough that summer tires are not effective. The 285's have a lot more options, fit both front and rear, have more sidewall, and are not much narrower than the 315's on the rear. Plus, I'll actually be able to rotate them to help them last much longer than the stock summer tires do.I'm use on oem rims that size and I like it
Matt 335is wroteThat set up looks great!Here are +1 aspect ratio and width 22s on an X6, the exact spec tires I'll be going with(285/40/22 & 325/35/22). Looks great and the sidewall doesn't appear that much taller.
Rides so much better. Probably wil be an issue if you wanted to lower your car.

elJames wroteConti's?I swapped to taller tires (275/40R22 & 315/35R22) on stock OEM 742's a week ago. There is no issue fitting at all, no need for spacers.
