steve@codemybimmer wroteI can also confirm that this works on the X5 LCI. Steve remotely coded mine last night (took maybe 25 minutes) and I confirmed it working this evening. It is great to have anti-dazzle headlights again! Thank you, Code My Bimmer!Yep, we are currently offering this and I can confirm that it works on the LCI models.
A read needs to be done on the vehicle with the FA and SVT saved and the signed NCD files would be requested from BMW real time allowing for the coding to be done on the same session.

Enjoy
scottminor wroteSent you a PMI did it using esys. Pretty straightforward. If anyone needs help with this, let me know. I am in Atlanta and starting up a business to do coding, repairs, DME cloning etc. I have esys and ISTA suite software as well as Autohex tools. PM me if you need help with anything.
TurtleBoy wroteTo be clear as a non-coder:You can enable one of the faux versions but not the full version since Bimmercode can't access the ECU's required. This one is widely used and hasn't been reported to have caused issues.

The last line should read exactly as?

Almaretto wroteExcept that is not the case with all faux implementations, especially the one being discussed. I have never experienced it or had anyone post about it.Do you want lights to move on blinding fashion... Use Bimmercode. You want to properly coffee NGHG then use Esys
BruinMan wroteThanks to
I have coded with BimmerCode as you proposed and it works great on my pre-LCI X5MC.
I am happy about the result although it is not the 100% full version of Anti dazzle
update:
Never mind. Although it's not on the vehicle order the dealer sent me, I see there's an entry for decoding for no-dazzle under the standard features section when I look at the myBMW tracker.
RFGuy_KCCO wroteI too can also confirm that this works on my 2024 X6 LCI. Steve from Code My Bimmer did the coding last night. It took a little longer because the internet connection in my garage was very spotty. Overall, I am happy that I was able to get anti dazzle on the X6.I can also confirm that this works on the X5 LCI. Thanks Steve!
pL86 wroteNo one's really figured out what 8TT is. I can confirm anti-dazzle is working fully for me after decoding 5AP (plus the subsequent module flashes) and I still have 8TT coded. My auto-lane change works as well.I've read the different anti-dazzle threads and it seems like the various techniques to turn it on relies on deleting the 5AP/Decoding the no-dazzle high-beam assistance option that's listed on the vehicle order. I just reviewed the vehicle order for my M60i scheduled for production in week 6 and I see that 5AP code is missing. There is a line for 8TT/Decoding additional functions II. What impact will the absence of 5AP have on enabling the anti-dazzle function in the future? This is for a USA vehicle.

TurtleBoy wroteThat could possibly be it, and it makes sense. I did a good bit of research a while ago and never found a definitive answer but know for a fact, at least for now, it has nothing to do with anti-dazzle or auto lane change.I thought it was deciphered to be European emissions but that could have been a different code.
steve@codemybimmer wroteCan you explain a little more on what is required to perform the anti-dazzle function on the LCI G05? Do I need a laptop with ENET cable?Yep, we are currently offering this and I can confirm that it works on the LCI models.

Are there any specific packages that the vehicle must be equipped for this to function?

As for the prerequisite options on the vehicle, your vehicle must be equipped with option 5AC for high beam assist and 552 for the Matrix headlights.

Done a lot of X5/X6 LCI already. They are confirmed working.
The car is currently on the 07.2024 software. If and when it's updated I'll report back whether the recode has reverted.
bw wroteThe car throwing error codes is completely normal and expected with this. All it takes is shutting off iDrive (either by holding the power button for a couple seconds and locking the door, or just letting the car go to sleep after 8 minutes) and starting the car back up and all is well.My 2025 X5 50e (November 2024 build) was re-coded a week or so ago to enable the anti-dazzle headlight behavior. Steve Ma with CodeMyBimmer did it remotely for me and it took about an hour. The recode was pretty quick, but it did produce several system error codes which Steve then cleared with a lengthy remote diagnostic. The headlights have worked perfectly since then and I've seen zero other error codes.

GB///M wroteIs there any risk of voiding the warranty? During service, can the dealership detect that change?kubax86 coded anti dazzle a few weeks ago on my LCI X5. He did a great job and coded it in a few minutes. I’ve tested it several times since then and confirmed it works great!
