Here is a video posted by a dealer.Dealer said today that the vehicle is not prepped yet. They have had it for a few days now and it’s listed on their website. This means either the sales manager is incompetent for approving a deal that they are not making any money (which I doubt), or the sales adviser is lying (which is more likely). I was hoping for a more elevated buying experience from a luxury brand, but felt like I was at a Chevy dealer, with all the same BS lines of dialogue. Sad.
That said, at my local BMW I’ve been less than impressed as well and hoped for a more elevated experience as a luxury brand too, in the realm of service etc.
