I spent all week searching in-stock cars here in Texas (sticking to in-state cars due to our stupid Lemon Law requirements, i.e. can't Lemon Law a car purchased out of state).
Took me hours and hours but I found ONE that matched our requirements exactly: Manhattan Green, Coffee, M Sport, M Sport Pro, Premium and Climate Comfort with 20" wheels.
This car was like a needle in a haystack but found one AND little to no test drive miles (which is important to us). We didn't want to order a car as that is always a PITA, at least with other brands we've dealt with.
10% off MSRP initial offer and I didn't even ask for that yet, ~$800 add-ons (negotiated $1k out), very low doc fee. Took little effort via email, I think they wanted to move the car. I was shocked as other dealers where a pain just to get a copy of the sticker via email. Based on what I've read it seems this is a pretty good deal.
To sweeten the deal is the $4K military incentive!
She is so excited, it's great to see. She deserves it. Now for a road trip to go pick it up tomorrow.
