Horrible boating accident, lost all my long guns and most of my pistols over board, never found them. :confused2
It is getting to be a mine field for concealed carry folks who travel or who might be near a blue border.

That’s unfortunate. Penalizing law abiding citizens goes against constitutional ethos.

In addition to Da Bears, the Chiefs also announced that they are pulling out of Arrowhead in Missouri for a new stadium across the border in Kansas.....

I had the KELTEC Sub2000 and it was a hoot! Lots of Failure to feed issues but i didnt care about its dependability as it cost like $300.

I think its a great idea for a truck gun, I have a B&T APC-9 for that job currently with a foldable butt stock to keep it small.

That’s more or less the use case I’m after. I want something inconspicuous.
Next on my shopping list.

Trying to decide on a WML for my shotgun. I don't normally want to use a firearm as a light source, especially when I'm pointing it at something which I consider a big no-no. However this will be for the home and around the house and it takes two hands to hold and fire a 12 gauge, at least for me.

Thinking about a Fenix TK20R with a Fenix ALG-16 mount. I have a thing for flashlights and can always use another.

Hit the range last Friday with my B&T APC-9 and my H&K SFP9M. Those paper targets didn't stand a chance (at max 15 yards then they were perfectly safe beyond that) :D

I go to a VERY Redneck barbershop (No offense to Rednecks!!!). But EVERY deer season they ask if I've had any luck. I always reply with "The zombies and paper didn't stand a chance" :D

Great reminder for me to stock up on some fun targets. My gun club only offers the little boring free square ones when i clearly, like yourself, need to be practicing shooting zombies in the mouth.

Geez, that's sort of like me with clay shooting. Even though I know the predetermined flight path, which side they are coming from, AND have had multiple opportunities to correct past failures and squandered such opportunities, I still watch those bloody clays fly safely past me and land somewhat gently in the field.

The air behind those clays though? Deadly. Wouldn't want to be flying through that.

What is everyones go to for cleaning?

I have neglected my beauties over the last few months and need to get some product.

I finally got around to fit the Weka suppressor cover onto the can attached to my Ruger PCC. Not happy that the cut end of the cover isn't clean. Oh well. I'll see if I can think of something that will make a cleaner cut when I put the same cover on my 300 Black Out setup.

I have a friend that owns a beachfront house in a tropical state who swears by EEZOX. He said that the humid and salty air gets into his humidity-controlled gun safe, and everything starts to rust after a few months with traditional gun cleaners and oils. EEZOX is a chemical that allegedly penetrates into the metal, and leaves behind a dry, protected surface. I use it on all of my firearms. With a huge disclaimer that I haven't opened the safe in a few years now to check on things, it seemed to deliver on all of its promises when I was going out to the range. My friend who recommended the stuff is out at a range weekly.....

Listening to a report on the Secret Service's performance today and it makes me wonder what the hell is going on.
Ryan Wesley Routh Secret Service agent fired 6 rounds from approximately 5 feet or 1.667 yards away. . .but missed.
Cole Tomas Allen, White House Correspondents' Dinner, a total of five shots were reportedly fired by Secret Service and one from Cole Allen's shot gun. Close range....all missed. Looks like the one Secret Service that was hit with friendly fire. It seems to me that maybe our Secret Service needs to do a little competition range work like IDPA or some other run and gun. I assume they do but something isn't work right.

Those are pretty cool. I wish they would make one with a smaller diameter so I could use it on my .22 cal suppressor.

Yeah. Wish they had more sizes. As you can see, I had to secure the cover on my Banish 45 suppressor because the smallest cover they sell is just a bit larger than my can.

I did a triail fit on my Banish 30 and it fits the way it should.

My wife who shoots twice a year could hit a human from that distance... wonder if its more than a lack of training. That being said i have seen good shooters be not so good in the heat of the moment or under stress.

I been to enough IDPA competitions to have seen several hundred shooters who hit the targets static and moving at distances far longer and at worst need an additional shot on target to complete the course. That said I have never had a target shoot back? :D

Had to sign-up for my CCW renewal class today. Every 2 years sure is monotonous, not to mention expensive; $250 just for the class. Grusom Newscum's response to Bruen was to double the length of the initial (16 hours) and renewal (8 hours) classes. The best part is the video of the FBI agent giving a safety demonstration to a bunch of kids and shooting himself in the foot!

Kind of a waste of time and money since I lost my pistol in the Pacific...
